During the festive seasons, most of our boys are now back to the flood! Many of them was affected by the flood and couldn’t come to work. Some of them still need to help their families to farm. Therefore, there is unstable number of staff at Arena.
However, stepping into 2012, not only Arena will have under re-decoration, the image will change and we will hire more boys to satisfy the needs of our customers.
Besides, we adopt a different policies from other shops. Every masseur is tested if they are positive on drug test. Once they are tested with drug addiction, we refuse them to join us! Due to this, we kicked away some of our masseurs to avoid unnecessary penalty from the police!
As explained in our website, masseurs do not have monthly salary from us, they live on tips. This rule applies to all shops in Thailand. Therefore, we will not control the number of days they request for their home leave. Hence, the unstable number of masseurs!

You can always tip more to our masseurs according to their massage skills! Any special request, please tell our manager because a few of our masseurs prefer working alone with the customer!
